Dennis White
- President, Chief Executive Officer
A results-driven impact leader with more than 25 years of executive health care leadership in operations, finance and technology, Mr. White has extensive knowledge of Federal and State Government contracting, operational and organizational development, management of cost plus and fixed price contracts, as well as the implementation of large-scale technology projects. His in-depth comprehension of the health care marketplace is evidenced by his accomplishments in health information technology for the Georgia Department of Education as well as his background marketing information technology solutions to major health care accounts.
Mr. White has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Christian Brothers College in Memphis, Tennessee, and a master’s degree in Management of Information Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. White currently serves as the chairman of the Georgia Health Information Exchange (GHIE).
Lorie Steffan
- Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Steffan is responsible for Alliant | GMCF’s day-to-day fiscal management. In addition to her responsibility for contract compliance, she is in charge of managing contract expenditures for both state and federal contracts. She has a degree in business/finance, as well as a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Wisconsin.
Carol Allen

VP Operations & Chief Operating Officer
With her experience as director of Alliant | GMCF's Medicaid Operations, Ms. Allen is skilled in prior authorization, utilization management, medical review of waiver programs, hospital outlier and suspended claims, SURS reviews, utilization and compliance reviews, the Georgia Nurse Aid Program and the Medicaid Medical and Agency Referral Network.
A Six Sigma Black Belt, she has managed the development of national and local clinical quality improvement initiatives, and has over 25 years of management experience in health care. Prior to joining Alliant, Ms. Allen had more than 10 years experience in operations management for a hospital-based outpatient clinic.
