GMCF Governing Body Information

Number of members: The Corporation is managed and directed by a Board of Directors consisting of no less than five (5) persons.

Length of appointment: The term of office for each director is three (3) years.

Cap on service: No director may serve more than two consecutive three-year terms without an intervening break in service of at least one (1) year

Appointments to the Board: Appointments are made annually at the end of a term of office for a given Director or in the event of a vacancy.

Percentage of the governing body appointed each year: A maximum of forty (40) percent (e.g., two of five members) of the governing body is appointed in a given year

Compensation of governing body members: Directors are compensated for their actual time in meetings at a rate of $100 per hour. Meetings are held on a quarterly basis.
