The 2007 Vision Award was presented to St. Joseph’s/Candler Home Health Care, Hinesville, during the annual meeting of the Georgia Association for Home Health Agencies, Inc (GAHHA) on St. Simon’s Island.

“Home health has been providing quality patient care and is the setting of choice for patients and their families,” she added. “Honoring agencies that exemplify excellence in quality improvement annually through the Vision Award program in partnership with GAHHA is a great way of sharing, in a very public way, the benefits of home health care. Georgia House Majority Leader Jerry Keen (left) was on hand to present the award. Georgia Trend magazine recently named Rep. Keen as one of their 100 Most Influential Georgians. Keen represents House District 179 in Glynn County. He and his wife Alice live on St. Simon’s Island. The honor was created to recognize quality care given by Georgia home health agencies and is offered through the efforts of GAHHA and GMCF.
