Medications Prior Authorization

At this time, the following drug codes have been identified for prior authorization:  90378 Palivizumab (Synagis) and J2794 Risperidone (Risperdal Consta). The Web-based request entry process is similar to all other PA Web submissions currently in use by Georgia Medicaid Providers.

To accommodate additional training needs, Medication PA training sessions have been recorded and are available for viewing.  To access the recorded session, you will be prompted to complete a registration page. (The registration information will be used to provide updates regarding future training sessions offered by GMCF.
