Prior Authorization of Outpatient Therapy Codes

As of October 1, 2006, the Department of Community Health (DCH) is requiring prior approval for specified therapy services (physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech/language therapy) performed in an outpatient hospital setting.

To accommodate training needs, a Hospital Outpatient Therapies PA training session has been recorded and is available for viewing.  To access the recorded session, you will be prompted to complete a registration page.
