Diabetes Quality Indicators Interactive Comparison

GMCF is an independent, private, not-for-profit organization under contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), formerly the Health Care Financing Administration, to assess and improve health care quality for Medicare beneficiaries in Georgia.

The Diabetes Initiative focuses on quality indicators that are based on performance measures from the American Diabetes Association (ADA) guidelines and CMS Diabetes Quality Improvement Project (DQIP). They can also be linked to other performance measures such as the Health Plan and Employer Data Information Set (HEDIS®),and the American Medical Accreditation Program (AMAP) Adult Diabetes Physician Performance Measurement Set.
